Thrive Homes LLC offers a limited warranty on workmanship for a period of one year from the date of installation. All other manufacturers’ warranties are passed through to the customer. The warranty covers only workmanship and does not include repairs or replacement of anything that is the result of customer damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

If a claim is covered under this warranty, Thrive Homes LLC will cover the cost of labor for workmanship-related issues, but not the cost of replacement materials. Customers will be responsible for paying for materials and for any labor that is not directly related to non-workmanship components of the warranty claim.

The warranty will be void if the installed items are tampered with or replaced, or if the damage/claim arises due to causes that Thrive Homes LLC determines to be outside of normal wear and tear. Additionally, Thrive Homes LLC may charge the Customer as defined within this Agreement for such claims.

In the event of a dispute or disagreement over a warranty claim, the parties agree to handle the matter through mediation or arbitration in the venue of Jackson County, Missouri.

This limited warranty is the only warranty offered by Thrive Homes LLC for its workmanship and supersedes any other warranties, express or implied. Thrive Homes LLC disclaims any other warranties, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

This warranty policy may not be modified or amended except in writing signed by both parties.
